CZ Eternity Band Ring: Cubic Zirconia Eternity Rings
![]()
A cz eternity band symbolizes everlasting love and often marks a special occasion such as an anniversary or birth of a child. They are also known as infinity rings, because the ring’s continuous loop represents an everlasting love. A cubic zirconia eternity ring typically includes some, if not all, white (clear) gemstones, but can also be personalized with colored birthstones. There are several important things to consider when shopping for a ring:
Comfort
A cz eternity ring is a piece the wearer wants to enjoy every day. For this reason, it must be comfortable. One thing that affects the comfort is the width of the band. If the cubic zirconia eternity band is too thick, it can impede and motion and even hurt. Thinner bands tend not to cause any physical discomfort.
Cost
Prices for a cubic zirconia eternity band can climb high, depending on the type of metal, stones, and overall quality and detail. To streamline costs, many opt for a “half” band. This means that the gemstones are set only in the area of the ring seen on the back of the hand, and do not run the entire circumference of the ring. Not only do fewer gemstones mean lower cost, but it can also make a cz ring more comfortable to wear.
An “overlay” of a particular metal like platinum over sterling silver is a great way to trim the cost. A pure sterling silver ring with a high polish is also a nice, inexpensive option.
Coordination
The eternity band can look beautiful worn on its own, but it’s often stacked next to an engagement ring. Because engagement ring styles vary, you’ll want to check that the band stacks comfortably with your other rings, and doesn’t leave too much space between.
